Existing Customer Information

Existing customers will need to create new customer accounts. The reason for this is that the old store site will not allow the customer database to transfer due to out dated technology. The easiest way for us to ensure future order accuracy and reliable service is to have our customers create new accounts. While your old order history will no longer be accessible in the online store - we still have our internal accounting system that will allow you to request Pdf copies of invoices dating from 2010 to present. 

The new website will improve your online shopping experience by upgrading the website as a whole and specifically the customer account features. Some of the improvements will be:

 

Website Design and Layout

  • Improved website design and navigation makes ordering faster and easier
  • Improved graphics provide higher resolution photographs of our products
  • The updated search function allows you search by the brand name, or the technical specifications of your equipment.

 

Customer Account Features

  • A detailed order history that allows you to re-order previously ordered products
  • You can now save multiple billing and shipping addresses to help ensure orders are shipped to the correct destination
  • The enhanced security and a credit card vaulting feature allow you to save multiple credit cards.
